Your mission

As Runn's Digital Marketing Specialist, your overarching mission is to drive the execution of digital marketing campaigns that amplify lead generation and brand awareness. You will manage the entire campaign lifecycle—from ideation and analysis to optimization—employing experiments to refine tactics while closely collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Your efforts in optimizing marketing operations across various paid channels will play a critical role in driving Runn's next stage of growth and expanding our impact in the resource management space.

Your role 🛠

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, liaising with our internal teams and 3rd parties, and staying updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to produce campaign assets that drive results.
  • Manage and optimize high-converting landing pages and communication sequences for lead-generation initiatives including webinars and email campaigns.
  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and content teams to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
  • Lead ABM campaigns, ensuring targeted and effective reach.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decisions and improve campaign ROI.
  • Stay at the cutting edge of digital marketing trends and technologies.

You’re our perfect match if... 🔍

  • You have 3-5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in the SaaS sector, and experience in ABM is preferable.
  • You’re proactive and actively engage with teams to understand customer needs and drive marketing success.
  • You possess a solid understanding of paid advertising, content strategy, and marketing operations.
  • You are proficient in using HubSpot or other CRMs, leveraging their advanced functionalities.
  • You have expertise in LinkedIn Paid, Google Search, and third-party advertising platforms.
  • Experience working with a CDP, preferably Segment (Twilio) is an added bonus
  • You're agile and resourceful with an experimental mindset, hungry to learn and seek out new opportunities
  • Your analytical skills allow you to optimize campaigns based on real-time data and insights.
  • Start-up environments energize you, and you’re excited by the prospect of working in workplace tech innovation
  • You're situated in Toronto, and legally entitled to work with residency or valid work visa.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or qualifications in marketing, communications or related fields.
